Hey, easy currency making method exposed

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PpjxGFaYXeQ

People seem rather butthurt that they can't exploit this anymore because it's public now and they don't want to legit grind like the rest of us. So here I am fanning the flames, "so to speak" this is being used to.. hold on to your ancient orbs and lower Ilvl titucus spans. The price for those are going to go up.. This way this method is less profitable faster.. Fellow legit grinders who spend hours upon hours a day grinding for exalts.. The people who exploit this simply don't want to put in legit work..

EDIT: New Discovery btw, Trolltimber Spire (Item level 34 and below) can become a lyco in 2 ancient orbs. and is cheaper than the lion card method. So, if you find a Trolltimber Spire with an item level of 34 or less it should be worth around 20c... If you have them DO NOT sell for any less than 20c

It's not rude.. It probably was used back then.. It has been abused this league and those of us who didn't know about it were put at a severe disadvantage compared to those who DID know.. Especially for those of us grinding for things like headhunter. This way more people know about it so it is less likely to be abused so horridly.

Legit grinding currency is hard and it is supposed to be... It is not meant to be obtained so easily
GGG doesn't want an auction house for this EXACT reason. Yet GGG does nothing to fix it.

So I am spreading the word. If only one person who didn't know about this sees this.. then I will sleep well tonight
From wiki:

Like an Orb of Chance, the result of using an Ancient Orb is not restricted by item level. Therefore, a unique with a high item level requirement (like Skyforth) may be obtained from any unique item of the appropriate class, regardless of the base's item level.

So once again players who are exploiting bugs to gain currency will go unpunished...

Bravo GGG.

just because the person who wrote the wiki doesnt understand what hes talking about doesnt make it an exploit.
I love all you people on the forums, we can disagree but still be friends and respect each other :)
What's your problem? Are you saying better knowledge shouldn't be rewarded? This method doesn't exploit any game bugs, the information is always there. Someone is clever enough to figure it out.

Players get rich by playing smarter, just like real life. The poor always complain about the rich, not realizing that their wealth is directly proportional to the value they contribute to the society, mostly.

P/S: The analogy is not meant to be taken literally.
I am pretty sure that the Beyond afk farming method was WAY more broken, and it existed for a very long time.

My main question is, why is lycosidae so expensive in the league??

This statement is wrong on so many levels, I am not even going to dwelve into this.

I'm sure there was a source claiming that the top 500 richest are overwhelmingly self-made. I'm just too lazy to find it since this is just a casual forum post.

I'm an open-minded person. I'm glad if you can enlighten me.

[Removed by Support] Please.. explain how the poor are poor because they do not contribute? go ahead.. I will wait for your answer..

While we wait let me highlight a few facts
1.) the wiki claims that an ancient orb reroll is not based on item level
2.) this video clearly shows that to NOT be the case
3.) new players are frequently told (ON THESE VERY FUCKING FORUMS) to check the wiki before asking questions

Based on this you are basically saying..

Hey, poor people figure out how to play the system, nothing is what it seems and all the information out there is broken.. but it's totally fair because "Us veterans figured it out using the knowledge we have accumulated over the years"

[Removed by Support] NO ONE coming into this game would EVER have figured this out on their own. [Removed by Support]

ALSO, for the record I have been slowing grinding for a week and have made 16ex so far (LEGITIMATELY AND FAIR) and I have not complained once about how long it takes.. I LIKE THE GRIND!! It feels amazing when you finally get that item you have been saving for. What I DON'T LIKE is idiot people assuming that gaining the same wealth in an hour is fair, regardless of if the information is out there amongst the massive amount of misinformation on the internet. This sort of instant gratification is the reason people get spoiled and expect things to be handed to them.

I however, do NOT expect someone to simply hand me a headhunter. I expect to work for it and earn it.. This is a mechanic that is broken.. A profit margin of over 100c per shield you could easily obtain a headhunter within hours and with very little effort.
THAT, dear ignoramus, is instant gratification and is the FARTHEST thing from "contributing to society" as I can possibly think.
