I will try this out as HC starter league. I wonder if theres good leveling staff?

I think this will work for now. I will not mess with the build more until after I can put Tectonic Slam into PoB at least.
The good thing is that no matter what if Tectonic slam is crap I can very easily switch this build into a variety of other builds with minimal cost.
**EDIT**
I missed a couple things and made a couple changes, with flasks and power charges and decent gear I got it up to 787k DPS. I can not create a new pastebin link though, I guess I reached my limit for 24 hours, so here is the raw code to use:
I don't seem to see a CWDT set up with Immortal Call, is that intended?

It's possible, but being such a big hunk with a semi ranged attack a level 20 CWDT shouldn't be popping off too often. At least that's the plan

I think you would have to find a well rolled Rare Staff, and there are a lot of non-staff cheap unique 2h's that I wouldn't recommend leveling staves. But hey, if you're a hunk boi just do it and LMK.

Yes that is as intended, I will self cast it when needed. Using Kaom's Roots makes gem sockets a premium.
Now that Tectonic Slam is out I have a new PoB PasteBin link. I got up to 1.1m DPS, this is how I am going to build:

I know it is completely different from the OP build here, but I took his as a starter then spent about 8 or 9 hours working on it.
