Confirmation bias? I was able to maintain t16 maps last league. This league t12 is about the mark. Seems pretty legit

20% is a lot if you have 6 sextants, atziri frags, breach, a god tier clear speed build etc etc but for the average player disco's collar is a huge noob trap.

Well maybe harbinger orbs were op, but I am going to just go with a typo in the wiki.
