I'll say what I said before
The good thing about increasing boss life by 250% is that it forces players to go meta builds or go home. You don't want to use Barrage or TS for a ranged build? Nope. You want to play Ignite or Puncture? Nope. You want to play some mediocre spell build and use some Vaal skill and Vaal Lightning Trap for single-target? Nope. You want to play DD, Caustic Arrow or Explosive Arrow? lol nope. You want to play ED or Spark? Nope. You want to be hipster and experiment? Up HP bosses why not but don't do that without balancing the loot.
Harder bosses involve a greater reward. Just up the map drop rate a bit, or add some currencies drop on the boss, or something else I don't know... but add something. Sometimes, the boss just drops 1 rare item, and that's all. The rest is useless white/blue/gem. In the current state, it's better to speed farm the map and skip the boss. Now I've completed the 1337 boss kills challenge, I skip all the boss, not worth at all for me, bad loot, map too rare and usually low tier. Better to chain map with bisco, like those streamers who are farming T2 beach high IIQ/IIR, clearing the map in 20 seconds, skipping the boss, then sell/repeat. This is a hack&slash game, this is normal to explode the screen with 1-2 hits, and this is why I love hask&slash. If I want to fight a boss for 1 hour, I'll go playing FFXIV or WoW. Hack&slash is a game where you can oneshot/explode mobs, feel strong, ect. It's ok to have hard boss and difficult content, but at the very end game. White map bosses shouldn't be hard, story/leveling bosses should be easy and balanced with a low level/geared character, not frustrating. Make boss harder in T12+/T13+. To people who want challenge, go farm Dark forest/Colosseum boss with +extra damage/+monster damage/+unique boss damage/vulnerability/temporal chain. That just make me laugh that people complain about how the game is easy, but still playing the easy content with the top meta build. Play SSF, don't buy OP build, stop doing easy shaped racecourse. If you want the game hard, make it hard, don't buy the OP build and faceroll the shaper to say "huh ez game wtf" xD |

" That's one of the things i also don't like. Mobs are mobs,they run to you and slap you. And that's why you are correct. If we get kitava or brine king for example,your build doesn't really matter...however your mechanical skill can get you through much better. When a boss rely in skill instead of being a boosted life/damage/speed MOB,your build doesn't really matter. I mean,some guy killed Uber Atziri with a god damn white bow. Why? because he can outplay EVERY thing she does,good luck outplaying a fucking stoned chicken that has the same health and covers the whole screen with bullshit each second. Skill over powercreep. Either this or remove the health buff. |

" Yeah because TS wasn't the best all-round bow skill since it's release./s If you want to play Lightning arrow, you have to be prepared to have a singletarget skill, shrapnel/frenzy/barrage, like you always had to when you played LA, except when frost wall was abused. It's like complaining that split arrow isnt a good bossing skill, well no shit sherlock. Bow builds are either using TS or have 2 setups/gemswap at bosses since the beggining of times. As for EA, ED I perosnally feel bad, especially for ED, since now u can not really use poisoning with it anymore, but not like it ever was a fast boss killing skill, more like am oderate one. " You can't be this obtuse. Try End game bosses with a 5L or 4L see how much harder it is if you can even do it before making too many mistake and they throw too much at you. Boss HP is same thing on your 6L. Boss have more time to throw shit at you and you have more chances to make mistakes. Git R Dun!

It also depends on how good it feels mechanically, when playing and as the other guy said: what does "deserving" have to do with it? Yeah let's just use the overused meme word "trash" and call it a day ey? If you'd have my single target dam or more, you wouldn't be whining about any boss lmao. Get real. Mow through mobs and at the end there's a boss that can drop 2 tiers higher maps, mow through him aswell in a bit more time to put a nice dot on your i. Working as intended imo.
