I once ever email the support with a link to a thread with the technical problem i have and she reply:

Due to the extreme Customer Support load over the holiday period, I'm afraid we're not able to offer technical support at this time. Please feel free to create a thread in our Technical Support subforum



LOL She the main reason why i stop playing the game for a few months. I fear for those staff under a trainer who did not even bother to read an email to reply.

And its a 11 days+ late reply.

Honestly this game has one of the best support staff I've ever witnessed. Always speedy replies and they are always helpful.

In what sense is a customer support person a "developer"?
