Higher base attack speed of 2 hand swords, much higher damage roll and, most importantly, up to 8.75% crit? Well, if nobody else wants to use it the screw you, I will. Flicker assassin with snakebite for the win! I make dumb builds, therefore I am.

I'm liking the NYCTA even more than I did before when I made a build guide face rolling 15 maps with 3L. This time will get further since it hughly buffed. Better than a 6L really in 3L format and can wear Kaoms. Will wear two NYCTAs and thats all Im saying for now.

If anyone is playing anything that is burn based (and crit), you might want to look up Marylene's Fallacy now. I mean, 240% crit multi. :@

Brinerot Flag: 2 power charges on Warcry use. Great source of power charges available at low level. I see it as a kind of poor man's Skyforth if you are using a warcry.
Mutewind Seal: Onslaught for 10 seconds on socketed golem summon. A good source of onslaught. Cast your golem between packs to maintain onslaught. Onslaught is amazing speed. Imagine a Raider build that goes down the phase branch and picks this (or the next item) up for the onslaught. For a phase Raider onslaught triggers phase which gives even more movement speed and big defense buffs. Mutewind Pennant: Onslaught for 4 seconds on Warcry use. I intend to make a phase Raider with the Flag and Seal in Legacy. I bet both will be available relatively cheaply. Hell I work next weekend so there will probably be some on the market before I can even make my character. |
