Marylene's Fallacy: No longer has the property non-critical strikes deal 40% less damage.

Oh man. Or it's still useless with 40% Less Critical Strike Chance?

You should see when it was 60% less crit chance and still had that mod on top of crit multplier being a bit meh.

Lol. I think I seen Build of the Week using it back then though.

Incandescent Heart: No longer has 60-80 Armour. Increased Armour and Energy Shield mod increased to 220-240%. Now has 10-20% of Elemental Damage Added as Chaos. Now has Attack Damage Leech instead of Physical Attack Damage Leech.

Extra 100 flat ES, extra damage as Chaos, Global Attack leech. Isn't it pretty good now? Specially if you will use 1H Melee Attack build like Blade Flurry or Reave or Cyclone, so you can get Shield to compensate for low ES on chest while still getting all this benefits. It can also be good for extreme min-maxed spell builds thanks to damage mod.

The Covenant: No longer has Blood Magic. Now has Socketed gems have Blood Magic. No longer has Reduced Maximum Life but has 10% Increased Maximum Life

Wait, isn't this item gone from completely useless trash to completely batshit crazy OP broken? Life based characters (or characters who can go Low Life without Shavs) now can have 7 Link with Added Chaos damage Lvl 15 and reserve 100% of mana while doing so...it's just nuts.
I could quote 80% of these items. :V I'm pretty excited about almost every single one of them.
Just look at Kaom's Roots - Temp Chain, Chill, Freeze, Stun (and all sort of other roots) immunity with 150-200 Life roll.

Even The Princess is now a legit off-hand for late game builds - 30% phy as cold. Off-hand hatred there with accuracy roll. And that is a level 10 item. Even Kaltenhalt (which has fated version) seems to be useful is some cases. A fucking Kaltenhalt. Lol.

New Edge of Madness + new Cherubim's Maleficence + legacy Voidheart. If I ever get bored in legacy league, I'll throw that together on standard and use Lacerate, or Cyclone or...does it matter really? Throw it on Slayer and GG.

Still not immune to tar zombies :c
Yep, there is a lot of great items now. Some of them are certainly gonna be broken.

Isn't new Covenant much stronger (Free Added Chaos Gem, Free Global Attack Leech, ability to reserve 100% of mana) unless you go CI?

Some interesting builds? Any Life based Chaos build will be insane with this. xD

You won't be slowed below 100% tho, so that is something.
