"assurances against unfair prosecution" = he wants to have control over the questions asked. Democrats would make a circus out of this and orchestrate a yuge witch hunt. CNN version of the story Headline: Flynn seeks immunity for testimony Body: However, aides to the House intelligence committee said they have not received any requests [promise of immunity] from Flynn yet. A spokesperson for the Senate intelligence committee declined comment Thursday evening. So which is it, is he requesting immunity or not? Now CNN white knights will argue that the entire information is in the body, so CNN is not very fake news. But CNN knows very well that most people only read the headline and maybe the first two paragraphs.
