Yes I'm very curious about this myself. The nerf doesn't look that bad, 16% damage, a little reduced area, and 5% atk speed. Hows it feel now? I got 20 minutes to pick a build xD

No - herald of ice give u base cold dmg.
I dont have base elem dmg. Only converted base phys dmg. Only herald of ash and hatred.
