U must understand, line "chance on hit" its u chance on hit for monster your lvl. 83% my chance to hit for 95 lvl monster. U can read this info from wiki. U can tested this moment. Сейчас бы на софте спросить кто быстрее Шейпера убил ) убей хоть разок на хц - да так чтоб руки тряслись после боя, что б сердце в пятки ушло, перед тобой на стриме шляпу будут снимать. А за билд спасибо, интересный, из всех BF билдов мне больше всех приглянулся, и не шибко дорогой и не попсовый асассин, посвящу ему следующую лигу. Да и за развитием персонажа на стриме интересно будет глянуть. gl hf!

Не вижу смысла играть на хардкоре - если игра имеет множество багов, из-за которых легко слиться на изи.
И тут не важно насколько крутой шмот будет или насколько прямые руки, просто лаг - и привет стд. Я уже насмотрелся роликов как хардкорщики как раз тупо из-за простых лагов сливаются. Ничего тут не спасет - пока разрабы не научат игру понимать что "чел лагает - не трогать". | |

Hey bud your build looks really solid I'll probably pick it up as a starter in Breach.
I only have one question, in the Ascendancy nones why didn't you pick up Cloaked in Savagery? 100% of the damage leeched sounds like something really OP, can you explain your thoughts? | |

How would this perform as a league starter? Would this work as uber lab farmer?

I don't think this is a bad choice for league starter. The boots are high but hopefully by the time you reach a high enough lvl to wear them you can afford them (more or less). If it does shaper (see vids) then uber lab should be easy peasy.
