The muslim world has been going backwards for the past few decades. Some places were a lot more liberal 40 years ago than they are now. Turkey was always touted as an example how Islam too can co-exist in a secular / democratic system. It's reverted back to islamism in just a few years. The fact is that the muslim world has yet to really grasp the concept of separation of mosque & state. The mosque is currently winning big time. But yeah, they will still be using out high-tech... against us. Arab Gulf states for eg. are one of the least free societies on the planet, despite having all the technological marvels the west produces. When night falls

Did you notice how I quoted the person I was quoting, and it was he who said "the problem with World War III is that we should have declared it by now" I didn't say you said it. Read what I've written in this thread and others about how solutions need to primarily come from within the Muslim community.
What I said above wasn't intended to be comprehensive, just to offer a couple examples for why ideas, unfettered by hypocrisy, are preferable to WW3. You drew on a whole host of assumptions to say what you said. |

Nice attacker wasn't muslim.
ISIS arn't muslims. They are piece of shits promoting themselves trought griefs and using religion as pretext ( as many countries did by the past to promote war ). And we played their games fully. The only hard step here is to understand they actualy killed more muslim with their attacks than EU or Americans. They also made unstable more muslims regions in few years than america and past coalitions did in decades. Generalizing is the cancer of our society at least in France. Also note what kind of messages the left is sending out about the West nowadays: that the western world sucks, that we are guilty for everything, that capitalism sucks, that democracy doesnt work, etc... Basically the only reason to come here is welfare.
