You have Elemental Focus linked to your Storm Call, go read that gem, that's why it doesn't freeze or shock :)

About the HoT problems, that's likely just an issue of gem levels/lack of damage supports. Keep levelling the gem. You should probably be able to auto-clear by the time you hit maps, although I haven't played or levelled this build so I really have NO idea when it kicks in at full force. I did play a similar crit version, and I was in Merc Dried Lake before it was self-sustaining.

my 2 setups ele prolif is great if you are a labhater like me and inervate is amazing it procs almaost each pack

Is touch of anguish any gd for this?

Nobody using Southbound? They seem great for this build. Freeze duration, %life, resist. The drawback doesn't seem to matter from what I've tested.

btw guys this build clears tropical island at lvl 66 faster than most 80+

took innervate instead of aoe the onslaught movementspeed is just too good to pass

made a shitton of silver coins just running down ledge with 2 quicksilver

If you put HoI (or HoT but I think HoI is better) in a 6-linked chest with Curse on Hit + Frostbite you will save 6 points off the passive tree and free up the helmet enchant for something else like Herald of Ice/Thunder damage. Curse on Hit doesn't have a mana multiplier so you would reserve exactly 100% of your mana. You don't really need the extra links for the Storm Call setup anyway since it's only used once or twice per map. It would be 4b2g which is very easy to get on a Carcass Jack. Also I think Mastermind of Discord is better than Paragon of Calamity, since penetration is huge. Just Flame Dash once every 10 seconds.
