PoE-ItemInfo Script (Version 2.3+)

Hi

I seem to have problems loading the script. It keeps saying theres an error at "line 144" and that the program will exit.

pls help this noob!
Someone else had the same problem (page 2), turned out he didn't take the whole folder. Here is the relevant part of my post about it:

For some reason this new version doesn't work 100% for me. I got it out of the zip and run the script directly from there. The only thing that works is CTRL+C to see item info. No macros works. I copy pasted several macros from an older version where they worked fine.

I copied what you posted and it works for me.
Did you reload the script before you tried using the new macros?
Also, just to make sure: A few lines are commented out (the ctrl+right mouse, ctrl+mouse wheel and F10), but I guess that's not what you are trying to use.

Is your game window, for some reason, not labeled "Path of Exile" in the task bar? The section of the script is made to only run when Path of Exile is the frontmost window, but if that detection gets messed up, that could be a reason why the macros won't work.

I made it work! The .exe referred to in the script was named PathOfExile.exe, while the PoE steam folder was named PathOfExileSteam.exe. I'm guessing a patch or something, maybe the script itself, changed the naming at some point, as I have done no editing other than the macros.

Using 2.3.04:

The data for Ichimonji seems to be stored incorrectly - instead of 60-80% increased physical damage, the tooltip reports a static 60% ipd.

Thanks, fixed it for the next version. The wiki had the mod listed as "(60% to 80)%", while their usual format is "(60 to 80)%". The extra % was incorrectly interpreted by the tool that fetches the data.

Thanks. BTW, there are some uniques with weird behaviour regarding DPS calculation, that might stem from similar formatting issues. Usually the elemental/total/q20 dps just display blanks instead of their values, even when the weapon is pure phys.
