I think I got it now; so the additive bonus ([...] xx% increased damage) grants a bonus on the supported skill - added to the other additive boni - and the multiplicative bonus ([...] xx% more damage) grants a bonus on all the added up damage?
Pretty much, yeah. Here's the way the math shakes down:

Suppose you have 150% increased projectile damage and 150% increased attack damage from the passive tree, and have a bow with base 100 damage.

Currently:
100 * (1 + 1.5 + 1.5) = 400 net damage.

Now suppose you want to get another 50% increased damage:
100 * (1 + 1.5 + 1.5 + 0.5) = 450 net damage

Now suppose you instead got 50% more damage:
100 * (1 + 1.5 + 1.5) * (1 + 0.5) = 600 net damage

Are they vendoring for an Orb of Augmentation instead? If an item has 6 modifiers, it will vendor for an Orb of Augmentation. This is higher on the priority list than individual modifiers, for whatever reason.

What's the curse limit for an animated guardian? Is it possible to have 2+ curses on animated guardian if I equip him with cospri's will for an example? Using gloves with curse on hit and shield curse on block.
Can't find a clear answer to this and still not sure how this works...

Is elemental resistance above the cap taken into account when you are cursed with something that reduces resistance, allowing you to stay at 75% if it's high enough?

So, basically, for example:
- I have 100% fire resistance (but actually 75% because of the cap)
- I get cursed with Flammability for -25% fire resistance
Does my fire resist stay at 75% during the curse thanks to the extra resistance above the cap, or it gets reduced to 50% anyway?

Thanks in advance for anyone who can clear this up for me :)

Resistance reduction (e.g. Flammability) works in this way, i.e. you would still be at 75%.

Beware that resistance penetration works differently, and subtracts from your actual capped resistance. Thus if an enemy had 25% penetration, your effective resistance would be 50%.
Thanks a lot! :) That's what I needed.

Good to know the penetration is different as well, but recently mostly necromancers with packs of mages were the bane of my existence with resists around 60%, so I guess having the resists even over the cap should help a lot...
