No,

technically Totems do not inherit (work with) your stats, they simply use your skills as if your character is using them.

Most of the time you can generalize this to Totems "inheriting" your offence stats and using their own defence stats, if the skill thing doesn't make sense.

Either way, reduced reflect damage taken doesn't fit: as a defence stat you can guess it isn't inherited, or more correctly, you would say that it is not a stat that is carried by skills, but rather a stat that is carried on an entity, and totems are their own entities.

Why does the Trypanon mod stating "All attacks with this weapon are critical strikes" work with Ancestral Warchief totems? Totems aren't using the weapon. Also, why does speccing into Mace nodes on the skill tree work with that as well? The totems aren't using the mace!

If you use an attack, you benefit from Trypanon's Crit-guarantee. As such, when your Totems use an attack, they benefit from the Crit-guarantee.
does temporal chains increase the "recently tag" from 4 sec to like 6sec?

Nope. "Recently" effects do not have a buff indicator with a timer, they are unaffected.
flame totem range is 100
siege ballsita totem detection range is 80
then why have much larger range ingame the siege ballista totem?

Hi there, planning a 2H-Axe-Sunder raider with 90% phys to cold conversion, 40% from tree, 50% from Hrimsorrow/Hrimburn. From what the damage conversion wiki page tells, I'd be okay with scaling both WED and phys damage from from the tree.

Now, does it make sense using Hatred? If I understand the wiki article correctly, conversion happens before anything else, which in my case would only scale the 10% phys damage that are not converted. Is this right? Thanks guys!

No,

Added as is the same kind of operation as conversion, it occurs in the same step or if you prefer, before (since added as does not remove anything).
