The difference is that complaing to GGG might actually accomplish something, because they can prioritize completing the trade system. Complaining about players being lazy is just pointless.

This trading has become a massive joke since they introduced this ladder shit. Nobody switches over anymore so again what is the point of all this false advertisement.
