Okay smart guy, you tell me how to turn off 70+ tabs quickly while still wanting to play the new league? And that's just me, what about others who have more? But wait, guess what.. you have to turn all those tabs on again when you get back to your previous league. Oh yeah, so fun.

Why the hell do you have that many sale tabs? My immediate guess is that you have massive stock of old remove only tabs that you aren't willing to sort through and actually decide if its worth selling or vendoring. I mean, damn.

And that still doesn't make my point any worse off. If you want to leave your store lights on and door unlocked during regular business hours, don't get pissed off when I keep ringing the service bell.

Your store may be incredibly backlogged but that isn't the buyer's fault.

Just tells me that you couldn't be bothered to think of a response.

Have you ever had to close up shop in the real world before? I have. I've had a place that only had 2 doors to lock and 3 light switches. I've also closed up where there were 5 doors and 30 light switches to turn off located in 3 different parts of the building. Gots to be done.

Get serious, why does he have to justify having a lot of shop tabs to you? The reason doesn't matter, it's on GGG to design a system that doesn't cause player frustration. Players shouldn't have to limit their number of shop tabs, and expecting them to close all their public tabs in one league when they just want to run a few labs in standard is so ludicrous it doesn't merit response.

70+ tabs seems like a hoarding problem. And my point is that even if it is annoying, shops do indeed take time to manage. I know that may be a scary concept for some but if you want to be disorganized as crap and just leave your standard shop open and then feel like people asking you to hop to trade are in the wrong then sorry, you are indeed the asshole, not the buyer.

I agree that GGG should make transferred shops auto close after leagues and stuff but since premium tabs are not entirely specifically shop tabs (or they could have simply sold shop tabs that have shop properties that premium can't have), I see few reasons to have controls like close all/open all tabs. It should be your job to maintain the mess that you are allowing to pile up league after league.

And saying that people who won't hop for something like lab doesn't make sense. Is it really that difficult to go make the trade after you finish your current lab/map/whatever? If so, shut the store down. You are wasting buyer's time just because you couldn't be bothered to be organized.

A lot of people probably just forget that they even HAVE those old shop tabs in standard now since they stopped playing well before the previous temp league ended and didn't start again until the new ones.

Simple solution would be that when the league migration occurs, any public tabs from temp leagues should be automatically set to non-public. If the person still intends to actually sell anything from standard, they can go back and reset it to public again(since they'll probably have to adjust the prices on a lot of the items anyway).

I do indeed want this to happen. Most people thought public tabs auto turned off during migration to begin with.

Again, you're totally missing the point. Whether or not he has a hoarding problem doesn't matter. The game lets you buy thousands of tabs, and lets you mark them as public. Having a lot of stuff up in your shop is an advantage, so expecting players not to do that is living in a dream world.

When you say stuff like "It should be your job to maintain the mess" that's you, right there, not getting it. The fact that it's a "mess" is GGG's job to fix, not ours. GGG made the problem way worse by adding public stash tabs without thinking it through, and expecting lazy gamers to do anything differently is just naive.

So i think the blame is on laziness and you think it is on GGG for not predicting the laziness. Good talk.

I agree its stupid not to have an auction house. You dont get any player interaction when selling items anyway you just invite trade then leave.
