Hi. I'm following this build, But i don't understand where the power charges for the kingsguard come from. Could you please enlighten me, is it only through the ascendancy class?

thats pretty simple.
look at this ring and what it does: combined with this passive: http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Resolute_Technique it will generate tons of charges. | |

Wait. They just changed the phrasing of the top line, not the one regarding the endurance charges, im pretty sure we still generate those charges.
