When will Labyrinth be nerfed for non-elite players to get Ascendancy classes?
So I tried this with my level 87 Duelist with Soultaker / Cleave build (110K DPS, 4500+ HP, 10K Armour). This was my first time trying it and I didn't have any pre-knowledge, nor did I read anything about it. I had zero expectations, other than I was level 87 and this on Normnal. I'm assuming that the labyrinth scales to the player going through the trial? Anyone know for sure?
I got to the end and I walked in through the Golden Door. The boss killed me within 2 seconds. I was surprised, and had no idea of what I was supposed to do, but ok. Fine. So then I restarted the labyrinth and got a good ways through. Then PoE disconnected me. So then I restarted the labyrinth and got a good ways through. Then PoE disconnected me. To say I am furious is an understatement. Anyway, I'd love to have a chance to learn what to do to kill the boss, but it'd be nice to have a stable game to do that with first. :( ign: Edwurd_of_Steel Last edited by GamingDaemon#7126 on Mar 7, 2016, 11:01:32 PM

Pretty sure my lv 94 CI SRS toon is public, so you can see I have better than average gear. I had a hell of a time getting all my points. Lv 28 srs basically vaporizes the boss and all the mobs, but the traps are retarded. I had a much easier time on my archer who only had 3.5 k life, but can pot(not CI), and who has 50+% run speed. He can get to the boss super easy, just cant kill it lol.
I can't imagine lesser geared/experienced players doing this. Sure, you don't "have to", but lets all admit that is a great big lie. The fact is all the skills are-- and I laugh when I use the word "balanced" around us having the points. There are some optimal builds which will do it very easy I am sure, but not the average and that is what matters when you gate something so important behind it. |

And I just completed the labyrinth.
So, it took maybe 30 minutes. Ok, now I sorta know what to do, lol. ign: Edwurd_of_Steel

Please don't let people who can barely beat act four get this new challenge nerfed -_-. If you have to die a million times on act 4 bosses after they got nerfed into the ground and start complaining about this maybe you should give up.

Izaro is lvl 70, he is supposed to be as hard as merciless Malachai. If you can't beat the last act boss, think again going on Izaro. Still I think that cruel lab Izaro is a bit too overtuned.

Massive games AD2016.
Some people here want to play 3h a week, some 3h a day and some 13h a day. Good Luck to Devs to balance one game for those 3 categories. |

So I was a bit conservative about the whole laby thing. Firstly, I play HC and this season I got a job (well something like it) so my time is very limited. I lost my first two chars only a couple of hours in due to freeze/lag spikes at perandus chests. But when your time is limited its no fun at all to lose a char at lvl 34, because you have no currency yet and no lvling gear, so your 2nd char is going to lvl just a s slow as the first. Anyhow, I was dreading ascending, so I took an extremely conservative approach, I finished normal, lvld to 42, got some hallowed flasks, rolled seething bubbling on all of them.
The first time I got to Izaro I had to tap out, lost my flask charges and I had let him get too strong in the previous phases (didn't realise how that worked). 2nd time I changed my gear and it went pretty smoothly. Last edited by thevdende#0414 on Mar 8, 2016, 5:03:40 AM
