You cant know that. 20ex talisman might get very goot implicts and medicore-good other mods, while amulets might have great mods. It depend on your build and where you can get stats the you would lose for changing from amulets to talismans and how much it would cost you.

Also even if Talsimans are super good (and some of the will be) it is not end of the world, you can just treat them like better tier of amulets, like you have better tier of any other type of gear.

Even if Talismans would completly kill use of amulets. Why is this bad?

Yes defiantly RIP all current amulets

Also if these things drop once per area on average then getting them is not going to be to hard , outside of crafting a rare ammy drops only 1 once or twice per map currently so these talismans will basically have the same drop rate as current ammys . Also since selling normal rare ammys will be imposible unless they are insanley GG most people will move to the unidentified regal recipy since id'ing them will be pointless , if they are not already doing it.

New meta will be :

Rare ammy , regal recipy only. Or sell for 1 chaos.

Seeing as how the community is totaly out to lunch on prising jewels , i would bet that if you want to buy a decent talisman you will have to pony up many EX to even get in the ball park . Looks like most players will be farming this new boss alot. If it's difficult like the atzir fight then you can bet for the first few weeks they will be in the hands of traders and the top tier players only.

Yeah, If you want to make money on Jewelry your going to have to like, craft a belt or something. You know, Jewelry things.

I am looking forward to the anger of having a build that does not need any talismans but no one is crafting good amulets I have to do it myself.

Basicly. The prefixes and suffixes are very weird in the talisman tho. Up to four strange rolls out of the 6 for the highest tier.

The amulet can have one of its Implicit's be ''Socketed'' and up to 4 of its affixes can be gem supports. You can actually have a 5 link skill in a talisman.

there will be very few talismans that are gonna be stronger than mirrored amulets, the chances of getting 6 good mods is super small, i doubt something with 6 tier 1 mods was ever found so far so think about that

I did already say this in an earlier thread but I was a bit disappointed that talismans ended up being neck slot (or any other current slot for that matter).
