Looks that way, all you'd need is a reliable way to get yourself frozen. People have had many ideas on that, for example using items like Taste of Hate, Auxium with low/no energy shield, jewels corrupted with increased chance to be crit and so on.

Does the Action Speed spread its effect to Totems\Ballistas?
