Dualwielding shields please

How old should he have? If he's over 15, he probably has serious problems with reasoning, his communication skills are poor, then we can not expect much, just wish it would stop bothering people.
To summarize all of Crizaig content:

And not ONE argument against dual-shield. Wow... I'm ashamed of being part of a community with a guy like him...

3) introduces a new weapon type

2. Yeah and I think dual shield is perfectly for duelist/Marauder/Templer, so it should be close to their path. The node for removing penalities is close to duelist, so if someone wants dual shield combined with remove penalities, he has to go all the way close to the duelist. Why not? :)

3. Or traps, or mines, or shield related skills. So many options to deal damage without having a weapon.

I remember seeing a thread asking for dual wield shields in CB, and I think it got shut down.

For what it's worth, I like the idea, and would vote for it if given the chance. On the other hand I also want to see dedicated healing gems put in the game, since I think adding more play styles to a game is never a bad thing.
Anyway, I did not like the idea, but like JVP said, more play style is always welcome. I think if you ignore the Crizaig maybe he quit. The topic just came to this because we gave too much attention to it, forget it and continue presenting arguments for the idea!

You think they can't get the mechanics of this to work without a major overhaul to the game? Ok, I get that, thanks for the constructive comments, I think you may have a point, and that's something that I would love to see a Dev address.

If the Devs allow dual shields, they would obviously change the code to allow a shield in the main hand. And they would increase the number of skills which could use it (hell, lightning strike doesn't even specify a weapon). Arguing game mechanics as a reason is a moot point, since those mechanics can easily be changed.

More game mechanics. Who says you couldn't solo? And the passive tree has been changed time and time again, and will still be changed in the future.
