This looks very lackluster at first glance:
1. Incorrect armor base for selected mods and interactions with charges. 2. Week bonus for Frenzy charges. 3. HP/sec per endurance charge will not scale well and compares poorly to % from total HP that is available on tree I very like increase duration on endurance charges but that is the only thing about this armor I like. Shame. | |

Useless. Absolutly.
It can be good for leveling, but it has 71 lvl.... Need to pull down level req to 30-40 - then it can be usefull "Отрастил скилл - имеешь право ногибать" СерБ

3D art or not? Looks too good NOT to have the 3D art, would make it worthwhile for armour skin.

16 lifereg per endurance charge is negligable. assuming you have 6 endurance charges you gain 96 hp/s. lets say you have 4 - 5k life, since this is hardly useful for strength/armor characters, it grants you around 2% life per second.
the extra duration is fine, but nothing outstanding. charges run out on boss enemies, or exceptionally tanky enemies. the extra movement speed is meh. requirements are extremely high. 122 int and level 71 for an armor, that grants the best bonus to endurance charges i think nobody will really use it. it is junk. |
