Reduce end game Attack/Cast speed
" You trolling? :) Wrath and Anger will also affect spells, nobody would use them if heralds stay as strong as now, that's the problem. Ele attackers aren't forgotten, they are getting a big buff because attack skills now gain base multiplier instead of increased physical damage. I don't think much will change there ultimately. Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

" I didnt mean making it worse, dude. Remember, some time ago Incinerate had 0.20 base cast time, and then GGG changed it to 0.35, with damage per hit scaled accordingly, so Incinerate wasnt really nerfed. Anyway, the best way to change the "path of attack/cast speed" is to implement/make viable mechanics, that dont benefit from them - DoTs (like Burn) and cooldown skills (like Traps).
