Nothing shady. I'm more concerned with how they're going to interpret the data than I am what I'm doing with the software being illegal. Just seeing commands sent to their servers is one thing, but seeing some lgs.exe sending commands to their client through the monitoring may set off some alarms that I'd like to avoid.
If these are all on different buttons i dont see any issues here, in the worst of fears that you get banned, email them to be sure with the program you use, but i take it you use ahk and that has been advertised here without getting removed, so its safe to use.

According to what GGG has said in the past, those are acceptable.
GGG SHOULD remove all doubts and include shortcuts from within their own game though.

Yeah, GGG is lacking in the customization department quite a bit. It took them forever to add that disable announcements option.

Wow, just wow. These comments. Do none of you understand the right to privacy? Do none of you understand that trust is a two way street?
GGG snuck this crap onto my computer, behind my back, lied about the purpose of the patch, violated my privacy because they didn't trust me not to cheat. Am I supposed to then still trust them not to use their newly installed capabilities maliciously or to access personal, private, data? Hell no, I expect them to be a sneaking, lying, untrustworthy skunk like they've just proven themselves to be.
It's kinda ironic, since I bet you've already got several processes running in the background that "violate your privacy" in the same way, and not even realise that.

There is absolutely NO EVIDENCE that the POE client provides GGG with a list of your running processes. There's a huge difference between the local client seeing the information, and GGG's server seeing the information. There's absolutely nothing to indicate that any private information is being transmitted to GGG.
