2.0 life version

Anyone hazard a guess as to what will happen to newly dropped WR prices once the nerf hits?

@Tr0j4n: Golem's Blood would be for if I kept using Atziri's Acuity, but it might be better to just use Vaal Pact seeing as how close it is, and I'll be able to use MF or ES + Accuracy gloves and maybe stop using the Added Accuracy support gem for WeD or IIQ in AoE as well as single target.


@0Nemesis: Looks good, not sure about Ondar's Guile anymore, but it's worth testing.

Can't seem to fit Purity in without losing anything important so will have to get some better resistances on gear I guess.


@posterier: A well rolled new Windripper will still have close to 9% crit chance, which is still good for the attack speed on the bow. The reduction in 20% rarity and 10% quantity will reduce the price, but I can't tell by how much.

I'm guessing in standard it may sell for 70-90% of the stable Windripper price prior to the nerf news, and in new leagues sell for about 10-12 Exalts at least early on.

Ondar guile cause with knockback on crit projectile are more scary than melee...

Been busy with work - I'll try and get the respec done tonight and link it. I'll test it out and see if it's worth doing low life still - could be better as life base now, not sure.

Did my best - about 5K ES and 10k DPS with 5 power charges and no blood rage.

Auras:
HoI + HoT + CoH + Assassins Mark
Enlighten (2) + Discipline + PoE
Enlighten (3) + Empower + Anger + Wrath

AoE:
Tornado Shot + Life Leech + GMP + Crit Multi + Item Rarity + Faster Attacks (or Accuracy)
WeD would be nice, but I can't be bothered recolouring the chest.





Thoughts on the changes:

DPS is slightly less - Acuity seem to be worse than Vaal Pact - Blood Rage isn't worth the degen.

Life Leech against solo bosses is terrible - struggled against Dominus when it used to be full ES the entire fight.

Accuracy on gear would be nice now, jewels add quite a bit of damage and cover up the resistance loss and Ice Golem helps out. I haven't done any high maps aside from a 72 Courtyard from Zana, did the bosses just fine.

So do you think the life or LL version is stronger now? I'd probably be using dual andivarius so I think i would need LL for the purities

I would say life version is better - low life feels like it attacks a bit too slow and has trouble leeching against single targets - where as life can have regen and evasion / acrobatics for extra defence and possibly run blood rage with a bit of life regen.

Low life gets shield recharge after 2 seconds of not taking damage, but I think health flasks are much better.
