I'm using poe.trade for a long time without any problems but I've got some issues with wrong results recently (started like 2 days ago)

First off, when I try to search for specific double-mod jewels (like mine damage + spell damage or trap damage + projectile damage), nothing is found, no matter the league I make the search on?

Seems like some mods like trap damage, mine damage, projectile damage, generic spell damage or even %increased damage are just broken?

On top of that, for some specific searches (once again for jewels), it messes up the results a bit and gives me mods that shouldn't be there...

It's not supposed to give me %chance to ignite, chaos damage or mana leech as results. Like wut? :D (it's also worth noticing that the "broken" mods I mentionned above aren't listed in those results!)


It might be me doing something wrong but I've been using poe.trade for ages like this and never had issues beforehand :/

(Maybe the issue has been adressed before, I only read the last pages of this thread, sorry)



Just from some quick testing, the issue seems to be affixes that give multiple bonuses. So that ignite gem. It has the Crit Multi / Accuracy % roll. Which is one affix roll. Your search though specifics a count of 3 and poe.trade is seeing Crit Multi as one roll and Accuracy % as another (since it's also a standalone affix). This is causing it to show a 4th affix on any gem that rolled Crit Multi / Accuracy. If you remove Accuracy from your search the number of jewels that match drops down to 4 which is a much more realistic number for requiring 4 matching affixes.

Unfortunately there's not much that can be done to fix this. GGG only presents that stats in the API, not the affix names. There would be no way to tell if a gem has Crit Multi / Accuracy as one affix, or Crit Multi and Accuracy as two affixes short of doing an internal count and if it shows 5 (as is the case with the gems showing stuff like ignite) it automatically "assumes" it's a Crit Multi / Accuracy affix.
I made some testings and you're right, the problem seems to be with hybrid affixes. It interprets accuracy+crit as 2 different mods. Works well if we remove accuracy from the search form ^^ feels just weird for me since I've never noticed that before :p


Any idea about the first issue? Try to search for dual-affix jewels with both mine damage and %damage , trap damage and spell damage or even minion damage and projectile damage. Example of a simple search : http://poe.trade/search/ositorureriken
I mean, all those are prefix+suffix and can be found on all 3 types of jewels (except minion damage) so it makes no sense that the search returns nothing (tried on other leagues too, no change). Can't believe there are actually no jewels out there with these combinations of mods ! Also I did a Lightning Trapper earlier in this league and I had absolutely no problem looking for trap+projectile damage jewels. Seems weird...

I mean, that's super easy to test. Remove projectile damage from your parameters and hit search, then ctrl+f and look for projectile... there's only projectile speed on the gems listed for sale that also have mine damage. Now add in projectile damage and remove mine, hit search, there's zero results for a ctrl+f and mine damage. Just a case of none up for sale.
EDIT : Nevermind :D

Apparently there's a system of "mod groups" inside the jewel affixes that prevents a single jewel from being affected by 2 or more mods from the same group. In my case all the instances of minion, spell, trap/mine, or generic damage belong to the same group named "DamageForm". Not the best system for builds that are kinda restricted in terms of actual mods they can use...

Guess we've got to learn something new everyday in PoE...

No, ty. This was already available and is mostly abused for: a) buying things, rather than selling; b) posting with fake price to appear at the top with real price in note. That's what comes to mind immediately. While there are legitimate uses of notes it was mostly abused and by a large margin.

Melee damage is not available as an implicit mod. Would also like melee damage as a total mod. This implicit was added with the addition of the spiked gloves in 2.4

I'd like to suggest some very minor usability things that I stumble open every usage of the site though:

-set buyout only as default for gods sake please, nobody haggles with people that are uncertain about the value of their items anyway.

-Setting the cursor in the newly created line after pressing the "add mod" button would drastically increase workflow

you'd make me very happy with that :o
Hi! Sorry if it was mentioned before, but I think it would be usefull to add map sets as a type of currency. (Atziri's, Pale Council, Atlas). Since notes were removed, you can't sell map sets anymore. Thank you, and keep it up!

I see my items on poe.trade, yes, BUT, i no have "online" status, only "offline" AND i no have my nickname (IGN). Item have, price have, but no have IGN and "online" status.

Tried "Procurement", but with him my items on poe.trade does not appear, do not know why. Although items on the forum added. So i to start use Acquisition.
What did I do wrong? Premium stash no have. Please help me! -_-
