Is 350 jewelers to vorici [6s] worth it?

Obviously odds are better than 350:1 - GGG wouldn't make guaranteed craft better than gambling or no one would gamble. That said I sure feel like I should have just paid the 350 rather than 600 and no 6S but easy to Monday quarterback - sometimes you end up on bad end of RNG and thats that. Time to QQQQQQQQQQQQ but that doesn't change fact gambling comes out ahead over the player base.

As far as I know, 200 jewelers is a probably a good average. I have 6S a lot of items for a lot less, but that is just RNG.

I got a 6S5L cloak of defiance this league with 160 jeweler's and 30 fuse. I was going to use Vorici for the 5L but decided not to after 6Sing it (you can get a 5S5L from Vorici for cheaper, which I didn't think of until after 6Sing it, so i was annoyed and just didnit the old way in case i got super lucky and 6Led it, plus he wasn't high enough for a 6S yet).

That is the luckiest I have ever gotten on a 5L attempt. 6S though I've been fairly lucky with most of the time. That doesn't worry me as much as linking does. I would just do it old fashioned, at least for the sockets.

Even 400 jeweler's is only 100 fuse in value, and in the large majority of cases, that will be enough. They are a lot cheaper than fuse, so if anything I would use the bench for linking rather than socketing.

Same here.
I would do the sockets manually and the links in the bench.
I like the thrill of gambling but on the other Hand the time aspect of using the bench combined with the guarantee of success makes it attractive.
If you are straight up planning to use vorici to 5L, I would really advise you not to spend any jewellers to 6s the item, just get it to 5s and use Vorici to 5L. There is no point going for 6s if you are going to use Vorici to 5L, it is a waste of orbs!
I wonder a bit about that, when they say chance for 5-links is a bit less than 150 fus, do they mean for 5S items? I mean usually I 6S stuff, meaning you get two chances for 5L (and a small for 6L). For 5Ls I will not use bench since you forfeit the 6L chance which would be around 10% for 150 fus.

Less than 200 jeweller's.

I'm quite sure that chance is based off linking a 6s item, the chance to 5L a 5s is (even) smaller, unless you use vorici ofcourse. Personally, I enjoy a bit of a gamble so I always drop the fuses on a 6s. Though, it did bite me in the but in rampage, took me over 250 fuses to 5L my stupid infernal mantle. Going to 5L my others too, and drop some vaal orbs on em for funsies.
My 6S/5L log so far this league:

Cloak of Defiance - 90 jews 6S, 1 fuse 5L
Lightning Coil - 341 jews 6S, 19 fuse 5L
Carcass Jack - 668 jews (no 6S, gave up and sold for massive loss)
white ilvl78 Carnal Armour - 36 scraps 9 jews 6S, 400 scraps 100 fuse 5L
white ilvl79 Vaal Regalia - 80 scraps 20 jews (WIP no 6S yet)

RNG is RNG. If you have the currency and can afford to sustain potential long streaks of not getting your 6S or 5L, then I think it's better to try to do it yourself when selling items. As many have said, if you need the item for yourself then save yourself the stress and pay the masters (except the 6L craft).
I just spend 250 still no 6s so I am just gonna save till I have 350 and 6s it cause this sucks
Worth if you plan on 6s one item and not more. Less worth the more you want to 6s.
