4470 dps when using herald of ice and gmp, when 7 power charges are up, damage increase to 6027. Have 32.7% chanse to critical strike (58.9% with 7 power charges) and 321% critical multiliper. Leech is weak, but enought for normal monsters. I will try again defeat Atziri when I get 90 lvl.

I'm actually wondering if it's better using Cold pen gem or an added lightning/chaos damage gem or increased crit dmg. I'm using Arc + Spell Totem + Faster Casting with Doryani's Catalyst, so the shock stack should be always up on mobs. But I'm not sure if cold penetration outscales pretty everything.
