What would be the best way to increase ES? Grab more of the ES wheel? Or grab the Armor/ES wheel?

Also how do you keep resists capped? Still only around 40-50 resists in merc with all auras up

Currently using 4L Lorica. I rather weaponswap to Reaper's Pursuit instead of using Culling gem. More Rarity, culling for free.

I am level 74, but I took Inner Force first instead of going to "Ironwood"

Question: Why exactly is it worth spending 5 passive points on useless strength to then spend 3 more points to get to Ironwood. It is basically paying 8 points to get some speed and some damage and some totem resist. For 8 points, isn't it better to get the Armour + ES + Resist wheel to get to "Body and Soul" allowing you to have more ES and more Armour and more Resist so as to not get 1 shot by them leap slam mobs?
