is this guy cheating?

Snapshotting or "...me arse talks to me, in maztican accent...", it is cheating alright, like it or not, and it's about time this whole stoopidity gets fixed, and if this is the only way to win certain game aspects then that also needs fixing.

People can say it's cheating all they want, but GGG allows it, so it isn't cheating.
Really sad to see.

I consider it cheating, but that's my personal opinion and in no way intended to be a personal insult. We all have our own rules, and this violates mine. Trading does too. That doesn't make trading evil, or immoral, or bad in any way. It just makes it cheating in my game. My game is isolated from theirs, so it doesn't matter a bit. Nothing they do directly affects me. It does sadden me that the game is this flawed, but I also realize that there will always be flaws in the game that people like this will exploit to their advantage.

What does bother me is when the developers make MY game harder while trying to thwart crap like this.

Agree 100%. I don't care what others do except when the Devs balance the game around people being able to exploit. Example, GGG nerfs and balances summoners around all the streamers that are snap shotting their summons using equipment they didn't even find themselves. This means when I play a summoner by the time I reach end-game my summons cannot kill anything and fall over dead in the blink of an eye. Why? I don't snap shot and hardly if ever trade. I want to play the game and find my own items to progress. Progression by wading through 3rd party websites and trade chat spam is not my idea of progression, or fun.
[Self found rage] I simply do not understand the logic of anyone crying about the trade system. Have you ever played Diablo 2? It is not hard to trade. It does not take a ton of time to trade. Yu simply cannot be an idiot and must have a basic understanding of the economy. If 5000 people are selling the same item as yyou, you must give buyers a reason to purchase yours. If you do this, you can sell items very quickly. (Quick tip) stop being stubborn, and learn how to effeciently undercut.

Also, I currently yave a level 89 in ambush with only 2 rings purchased. Every other item was found myself. I only play Ambush to get the level 90 challenge done as it is too easy and boring. If I can quickly clear level 76+maps as a 99% self found player anyone can. Stop crying and actually take the time to plan and research viable builds. I did, and this game became simple. They only allow it because they dont wanna ban a lot of people, once there is a fix and i hope there is one soon, we will see enough QQ threads as it is.
Pretty sure the devs don't care, but if they change it, it's not gonna be a big deal either way.

The 'personal rules' thing is pretty funny to.

Reminds me of those people who have to tap 3 times on a door before they leave their house, lol.

You are wrong, it IS fun, it is the only fun.

What isn't fun, in the words of CW himself; 'finding an item and thinking - wow, I can play x build with this - nobody does that shit'

What is fun, in the words of CW himself; 'finding items and thinking - I can sell these for x and buy y - that's the shizz'

Learn to fun, you (we) are doing it wrong, apparently.
Casually casual.

The "GGG allows it" argument fails because you're simply asserting your rule structure on everyone. Just because GGG allows something, doesn't mean I have to allow myself to.
