" that's the part I didn't like, it's exactly how you say it is - he's so rich and he will be more richer tomorrow, since he could do this all day long, respeccing his tree in every map just so he get the benefits from both aura nodes and es nodes/crit whatever. seems rich people can do whatever they want to, who cares. Not saying that his playstyle itself is shit, he kills fast yeah, but well, he's using like 5 mirrored items and the rest is just the core gear in addition for his build + the "abuse" of more auras than he could actually use, the aura buff nodes, then after respeccing the es nodes and the crit nodes. therefor my thumbs down, but yea obviously some people like it and they would do the same POE 2 got serious performance issues. And so far the devs don't do anything about it or can't do anything about it. Either way it is very bad!

That respecing out of aura nodes and casted auras still using them is a serious bug in my eyes.
Using something that you are not specing for it is a clear exploit. |

I use his build - snapshotting is necessary but not to the extent that he does it lol. (that's for true min/max) Not sure how he'd do on Uber Atziri without the regret snapshot tbh. I think he could prob do it fine without bothering if it came down to it. (just regularly snapshotting the auras) I'm in Ambush so my gear is nowhere near as godly :D but I'm working my way towards uber atziri. (oh so slowly...) Nope, GGG have already partialy fixed snap shotting they know that it can still be abused but until they fix it fully you are free to do this sort of thing, just as you were free to exploit Auras before the partial fix.

Probably it's better for GGG if they don't ban too many people, instead searching for a solution that people in general would accept and doesn't appear to be some form of cheating. " This is a hardcore game, respecing is supposed to be difficult. It's one of the points GGG make to classify this game as hardcore, requiring commitment. It's strange, though, that anyone playing the path of least resistance trade simulator exactly the way GGG intended can just "wtb 50 regrets" and think nothing of it. As seen here, not even just for a rare respec but snapshot respec spamming several times per day.

Yet, for someone playing solo-self-found, regrets are few and far between and even then are a vendor trade for an alch to attempt to access content (not even thinking of crafting). Yup, time and time again, the 'by design' way to play PoE goes against what the game claims to be, while a play style that actually realises the vision, is frowned upon, discouraged and said to be 'not fun' by GGG. It's the same with maps, end game maps were never supposed to be chained, yet it always was possible by playing the intended way, but impossible for the solo-self-found. Same with RNG, socketing, gearing, challenge, levelling, crafting. Now why would a company claim their game is hardcore, make these points on why it is hardcore, brutal, unforgiving, yet encourage play styles that completely negate this while discouraging the play styles that make all these aspects real? This respec thing fix is easy as hell to do for GGG. It's just about re-casting all auras (which are in effect) upon any removal of passive node. There is little to zero excuse for GGG in this case.
