Predict the next batch of ''Nerfs'' in 1.1

I'll laugh if they nerf BoR after everyone and their mother went on about how it was the best balanced unique evar! a few months ago.

I personally don't think it needs a nerf, the reason everyone uses it is because it's the only efficient way to get a 6L. If they nerfed jewelers and 6L RNG, you'd see a lot less people using BoR.

its a great unique , it has a rather considerable downside. you lose 6 gem slots even if you get a 7l. and it is harder to stack resists with it.

and you are correct , it is only popular because it is the easiest and cheapest way to get a 6l in the game.

How do you generate charges?

I'd just move BoR to a higher tier. It should be as hard to get as Kaom's and Shavs. The droprates of the whole tier could be adjusted after that, or not.

Or allow having multiple spells, but cycle through them instead of activating them all at once.

Its same thing as having only one spell, really. Even worse. Cannot specialize well.

Unlike other builds which get about a 30-40% damage boost with a 6L, CoC builds get a 50-100% damage boost.

Other builds can build for dps since beginning. Their all gems work in favor. With CoC you effectively only use 1 gem to kill. Often even non buffed with others. And sacrifice all (dps of weapons for example) to get excellent crit chance.

So it's not as imba as it may seem.

BoR - not nerfed, it has good drawbacks (disclaimer: i don't own one and would never want to wear this item)
Aegis - Nerfed, nothing should let you go AFK and survive no matter what your build
CoC - not nerfed, it's damage is in line with other high dps builds and it needs lots of crit (read: no survivability) in order to work.

I don't think blocking will be nerfed, i mean it's 100% random chance, the only reason that blocking seems strong is Aegis. Normal blocking builds aren't OP in any way

personally, i'd like them to simply look at all the spells and change them from flat values to allow them to scale much easier in end-game. CoC builds typically don't have a lot of spell damage modifiers so it would be a buff to self-casting.

Also there are a LOT of 100% "useless" abilities/skills/supports this needs correcting

yes that is a great way to balance things , make it so only no lifers and lucky people get it. .............
