Predict the next batch of ''Nerfs'' in 1.1
Not so much a nerf, but a creature buff:
Rhoa's charge attack now has Low Life Culling Strike. "Enjoy the new challenge" At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul...

I've seen iron reflexes get mentioned several times, and I'm probably missing something really obvious, but it doesn't seem all that OP to me. It simply changes the playstyle from evasion to armor.
Again maybe I'm missing something really obvious, so why is IR considered OP? |

"The Vaal influence has corrupted equipment"
It sounds like that could potentially be a lore-based reason for allowing items to spawn with negative stats. What better way to extend the life of the game than to add negative versions of every single mod so that good drops become even more ridiculously rare? "Congrats, you just YOLO exalted a negative life mod, your item is now garbage!" Last edited by Zadmeir#3176 on Feb 14, 2014, 5:42:15 PM

" There are several fast hitting spells that do pretty well with Cybil's. I might try to play around with others, now that my Incinerator has facetanked just about every boss in the game (except Igna....I still can't find that hooker). |

" Because they look at these threads to see what the community feels is OP, so they kill them. These threads aren't prophetic, they are instructions. Your RNGeesus is a false prophet
