" I'm CoC discharge - I have mediocre gear. As it currently stands my discharge with charges does 13.5k - 51k damage - And that is up to 10 times per second. If something isn't one hit, it will usually always get a shock stack (Since my discharge is 65-90% crit chance) - And also it will burn (I use power/endurance) It got nerfed yes, but is it still OP? CoC is insane, yeah. i put some coc dagger on my level 88 testtoon with a flicker build, tabula rasa, several mf uniques and gave it a try at merciless docks.
setup was coc, st, fireball, ice spear, pcoc, gmp. grace and purity most gems low level ... faceroll deluxe 0o he has some dagger nodes but thats it, lol. Last edited by NomadFX#0730 on Feb 6, 2014, 5:33:27 AM

" I really agree with the bolded part. Having superrare drops like that also encourage RMT. Mirrors and Eternals really are destroying crafting. No one uses orbs anymore except the superrich. People just farm and buy item's/mirrors with orbs now so the orb sink part isn't working as should. " I have another story. Cyclone BM CoC EK, completely good build, fun to play and not OP in any way. If you have 6L then it gets pretty nasty (2 spells) I know for cyclone discharger variant (discharge is always somewhere "on the line" but that was case before too) but it requires 6L godly gear and has weaker crit chance (shield) and weak MF So it's still kind of balanced. Now other thing is .... is it fair to nerf CoC to screw this 1% of min/maxers that are already rich and screw other 99% of players in process. Spells must suck life and mana with gems, that already makes 4 gems mandatory (attack, coc, and either LL and ML or LL and BM) There are work-arounds but they don't work too smooth. " They already did it with same linked spells in last patch. now we must use different kinds which is not as OP and it encourages variance in playstyles and approaches. For multiple spells you need 6L anyway which is too demanding for vast majority of players, including myself.
