Bad loot - a response

Did you read the post, the post was about how RNG has NOTHING to do with it.

[Removed by Admin]

I literally even posted that there are deeper problems in the game I think that has nothing to do with RNG and focusing on RNG is just a band-aid problem that fixes nothing.

No they get top the top ( levels and simply surviving by TIME played ) and OUTSIDE resources.

If you think otherwise, you have never competed at that level, and its ok.

levels and timed played = Skill

Okay thanks for agreeing.

Holy shit, and you think you have more fun buffing drops or something? I rather debate actual improvements to the game.

The problem is PoE isn't that 1000+ hours game you build in mind.

The best way to play it is starting a new character in a fresh league, so you can be happy even with blues with good affixes. Than take a break and repeat.

Thing is, that mentality is impossible for a lot of players. But you are right. This game is not suitable if you're not able to live with mediocrity and the uncertainty coming with time invested and results. I just wish I knew that hundreds of hours ago...

Well, what did you expect?

You already got a good taste of the game back in closed beta.

You are surely right. You should either pay, play more(and by more I mean no less than 15hours a day). Or get lucky.

Those are you only means or getting something good, LUCK and thousands of hours grinded. and you see nothing wrong with that?

How fun would it be if end game maps (74/75+) actually dropped END game uniques(or even a HIGHER PROBABILITY OF DROPPING)? That obviously wouldn't help the game at all though according to you.

It does not fix:

It helps exactly a very small portion of the population that can consistently do 75+ maps.

Alot of people made posts would good intentions but their ideas and how they implement it is almost always poorly thought out, biased just for them or hardly affects the actual game in general.

It's the same for SFL people who they just magically buffing drop rates in a separate league (that takes up alot of resources and development time) is the answer to making PoE the game of the decade and everyone else who plays should be forgotten or some shit.

You are right, and thank you. I was finally able to delete every one of my toons. And it felt good!

Cya and thanks for all the loot:)

I highlighted the important part of your post.

You don't think the guys wasting chaos/exalts/regals/chisels deserve to have something for their effort?

Yes, it doesnt affect the 90% of you who arent there directly, but in the end it would because those NEAR IMPOSSIBLE uniques to get would become just SLIGHTLY more available.

Which is a good thing for everyone.

What would you do if you finally found your "endgame" (guess you mean high level) unique?

Keep in mind that there are still a lot of high lvl uniques that need to be introduced.

Because that is the only possible suggestion that they can work on upon many other ideas that can improve the game in general for everyone as oppose trying to re balance end game for content that will be outdated once act 4 gets released.

I don't care about the high rollers, I don't care about the scrubs, I don't care about traders vs self found, I don't care about ANY particularity group or type of being specifically.

What GGG should care about I hope just like me, is being the core system of the game as fun as possible and not go backwards or ruin the game literally trying to make every single person happy on a individual basis.

If there was a way that permitted me to evaluate more quickly whether the item was worth much, and then leave it for sale whilst I was at work, GREAT. But there isn't...

Well I'm not so sure about standard... But if an item has:

- double/tri-resist
- Life mod
- %armor/es or eva mod
- flat armor/es/eva mod
- % phys dmg
- flat phys damage
- IAS%
- IIR/IIQ

- Sockets/links are all a bonus. not needed to sell the item, but if they are already 4l+, you can sell it for more

A combination of 3 of those, It's probably worth something. So as it relates to quick evaluation, it's about the time it takes me to pick up the item, ID it, and read.

As a new player to PoE, this is probably the single most useful pose I've seen. Thanks for the tips, now I have a better idea on what's useful/valuable in PoE.
