You linked Standard currency bro, I can too link legacy kaoms and some exalts I have rotting in standard.

But theres no point in that, I asked you to link what you HAD IN THE NEW LEAGUES, for a specific reason.

You obviously did a few pages back, and its complete ass. Thats because of the drop rate.

And that tinkos guy talking about you just want drop a perfect 6l chest blahblah.

Idk one person who has found a SUPER NICE 6L CHEST without trying to craft it throwing exs at it and all that good jazz.

Doesn't matter, most of the people with loads of currency, got it from other games and using that other site. Simply because you can transfer wealth from game to game that way.

A few did it grinding thousands of PoE hours.

Like im saying in the old days, when there were a lot less uniques the drop rate was better.

I remember my first ranger out in Standard, I found 3 lioneye glares when they were going for 30ex. Saw 2 kaoms drop and they were not my drops (standard and hc were the only ladders).

Guess how many of those ive seen since then (thats 9 80+ characters later)

Theres a trading section on this site specifically for cross league trading, why dont you go there and let me know who got banned for doing standard-> dom nem-> dom hc->standard hc->dom

The key to enjoyment is to not EXPECT x drop within x time, this is an ARPG after all. If I happened to find a Voltaxic maybe I would then make an archer, but it doesn't bother me in the least that I don't have one.

I truly don't understand why someone that doesn't enjoy trading (like me) wants to ban other people from doing it. Granted I do solo a lot, but when I do group it's nice to see party members that have crazy gear cause we clear faster, so trade away lol.

You have honestly not put very much time into this game at all. It's easy for the first few months to maintain this kind of attitude. Go 6 months without something and see how you feel then.

funny fact - famous designer of grindMMOs and tradesystems without tradesystem Chris Wilson himself said that over time the drop rate of uniques will be nothing but better because they will keep addind more uniques overall. Sadly its ecacly opposite not counting that 50 common uniques that drops over and over again on a daily basis. Drop rates Everything else is nerfed to the ground.

This is for me biggest flaw of PoE tbh... drop rates of uniques. This crown of thorns (and similar ones.. everyone knows which one they are) spam is so discouraging...
And i dont even start with dropping them in lvl 70 maps and higher. SO. MUCH. FUN.

1. You can achieve wealth in this game, you have it all in standard because you played the game. Let's not be dumb, just because the game doesn't give you immense wealth instantly in BRAND NEW leagues does not mean the drop rate is broken. Even then that has nothing to do with "finding your own upgrades". There was no point for asking for "wealth" period because linking a ton of shit that's good that allows you to beat end-game content is "drop rates sucks and you can't find anything good."

2. When did I say I want a 6-link chest? Where did I say that? Please tell me were I posted that instead of posting:
- Expecting drops after x amount of time that are the best items in the game is extremely disappointing and impossible in a game with RNG
- Expecting "upgrades" to be always found on your own when you have the near best gear in the game is stupid.

3. RMT is not in this discussion, I didn't mention RMT at all.

4. Congrats on finding 3 lioneye glare and made 90 exalts, you know what is that called? RNG? I said specifically RNG sucks and if you expect certain drops or to be rewarded for x amount of time your going to be upset. That is a literal weakness of RNG that can be only changed using a another system.

Path of Exile isn't supposed to be a lottery. I don't expect to reach end-game after 1 month with a character, but after 6 months of continuous playing (evenings only, I have a job) I would expect to reach end-game, and by that I don't mean 66 maps, I mean Bringer of Rain level items and level 73 maps at least.

People in one week races and new leagues can hit 73 bringer of rain level items.

Either they are blessed with RNG magically every single race and season or you need to up your efficiency. .

Blizzard WoW MMO-player => Blizzard D3 player => Poe player. Bumpy road.

Never played wow, played D3 for one month and couldn't stand the lack of customization (played D2 for years). When you make statements like I have to see X drop to enjoy myself prepare to not enjoy the game anymore.

You do know that I was referring to the whiners who bring their "MMO-mentality" to this game. I put X amount of time into this game (read job), so I need to get Y amount of rewards.
