No. It's a decent weapon for endgame but nothing special.

Should i use vaal on my wrath and anger? they have just reached lvl 20.

Also, can you add quality to a corrupted gem? or should you always quality before vaal?

1) I think corruption makes level or quality mod only with these gems. I saw q23 and lvl21 aura gems too.

2) Quality first, corrupt next. After corruption you cant modify anymore.

If you want allways quality first - after you cant anymore.
I wont though. Just if they are near 20%q, or you play party a lot :o

Also: be aware, that corrupting them might have the affect of "minus 1 level" as well.
I had 2 sets of our dmg auras. I corrupted all of them at lvl 20. While the vaal orb had no effect on 4 gems what-so-ever, 2 of my gems are now lvl19 and I have to level them back to 20 to be able to sell them :/
Though, I would do it. The risk is high - but the reward too (besides the dps boost: they are worth a lot)
Im leveling now a 3rd set (currently lvl19) to vaal them :D

yeah i won't add quality on my aura gems, just wasn't really sure about the corruption on gem and the effects after. thanks
