[Poll] Self Found League - SFL /FINISHED

Again, says the guy who couldn't make it past the point of 5ls dropping before running to trade-to-win mode. I don't even pick up 5ls anymore, they have zero worth at the vendors. But, you go ahead and think you're "probably the most self found in this thread".

I digress. This isn't about you and your hypocrisy. Flip, trade, RMT all you want. A SFL doesn't impact your style of gameplay one bit. If that's how you enjoy your game then have at it. Obviously SFL isn't your cup of tea. You've made your point known.

Honestly, I can see the attraction in trading. Instant gratification is alluring. Some of us want the thrill of finding our own prizes instead of clicking the 'accept' button, tho. To each their own. Enjoy it.

Well... because.... if there's a SFL then my gameplay would suffer because.... *crickets*

I want a no trading, only white items drop, increased orb drop rates league. You craft every single gear piece. That would be the most satisfying league to me. Bosses have increased amount of orbs dropped.

It would allow me to make my own gear at a more consistent pace. Just last night i leveled from 25 to 41 on nemesis. The highest currency i found was a fusing (that was allocated to someone else). No alchs or better. Now think how fun it is to go from A3 normal to A2 cruel and not find anything in that time frame?

I even transmuted 4 whites to try for upgrades. I got +10 armor, +2 life on kill (twice), and 4-7 cold damage w/ 14 fire resist. Now how benefitial are those stats? I didn't waste alterations because I could buy gear than rerolling shit gear to a different shit stat. If more orbs drop and I couldn't trade, then I would have rerolled them. As is now, I'm not going to waste currency by using it.

You sound upset about being called out for jealousy of someone else trading in a video game.

The point is self found league trivializes content, GGG has alrewady stated they will not do SFL.

The thing is, you didn't say any reason why you would be against it. I am not even sure are you against it?

Now i can make one valid reason. The self found league would be the most popular one (i am 100% sure in that), as most of people dont like to trade (hack most people want to play arpg not trade). You would see a huge shift from other leagues that will move in that league. So other leagues would lose players in huge numbers. That would be the only reason I can think of why anyone would be against it.

Trading and partying already trivializes the game, to a point no SFL ever could.

Shoppers hatin' SFL because it would make the game actually harder... no instant gratification trading anymore.

Honestly I am probably the most self found in this thread. I traded for a crappy 5 link so far in nemesis. I also plah solo.

Regardless, the self found option is available, people just don't want to do it. They want instant gratification through improved drops.

Just play the game.

That is NOT what I am asking for. I want the game to be MORE fun. Going through almost an entire Difficulty (Cruel) and not finding any currency above jewelers/chroms/alts/transmutes (low single digit of each) is FRUSTRATING.

What about when I finish A2 and A3? If I haven't found more currency to buy gear (lol @ spending hours trying to buy upgrades because sellers can't be bothered to sell their shit they listed) then I will either A. Die to bosses due to low resists and dps, or Hit merciless with all negative resists.

But go ahead. You go buy that 400+ dps weapon that trivializes YOUR content. It's not like you found it or made it. If wasn't for trading, your gear would be shit too.

If it would be the most popular and the other leagues would lose players, then it is because there is a FUNDAMENTAL flaw with the other leagues being solved by the new one.

I would not reroll on a new league, losing my stash and other characters unless it was either:
A. ladder reset
or
B. Solved issues that I felt were so bothersome, it would be worth the reroll to not deal with the issues anymore.
