Actually it is, the same as loot. The thing is options and dont hurt in any way other people that dont want to use it.

Its not disguise, it is playing the game with normal drop rates as any other arpgs out there. If other people want to farm for 100h like a korean MMO fine, give us a league that doesnt have crappy economy and shit like that. You play in your league where it has, we will play where its not there.

In diablo 2 best of best items drop as bad as in PoE. The problems is, other good items like unique and set items drop few times more than in PoE just by farming bosses. In PoE to progress to last dif, you need to farm 5 times more than you need to do in diablo 2. And for map it sky rocks to roof as you need now to farm for maps also

Not only that, how many unique and set items did you get before even hitting hell in d2? On average around 10 and more. How many unique do you get from playing PoE in first 2 dif? If you are luck you will get around 2 xD.

You see, just by farming in d2, you get few times better items for time invested compared to PoE. I do not care about best of best items in PoE as i dont need it to complete the game, but you need good items, and the drop rates for them suck compared to good items that you need in d2 to complete the game.

So, dont talk and compare drop rates of d2 to PoE, its day and night

Try finish D2 with 0 all res, then try finish POE with 0 all res
