Game just crashed on entering Dominus area.

Not a disconnect or hardware issue on my end (not 32 bit).

Serious problem of memory allocation in the new content.

I don't believe it's a connection issue Joel.

Wired Bigpond cable connection here to the Oz gateway and it happened twice within an hour or so.

Restarting the client and connecting to US resolved the issue.

I'll see if I can reproduce it.

I have a pretty bad computer. I can normally play well enough, but from time to time i get disconnects.

1 place there that happenes is before dominus as the others have mentioned. For me, a client restart did not help, i only could do that fight after i set the texture quality to 2 in the ini file, but then also only after a full client restart.

The second place there i would always get a disconnect is if i do act 3 from the beginning and finally arrive at piety. If i do port back to town, i will always disconnect, but i will have no problem with porting after i logged in back.

Spec:
Windows 7 (64bit) - SP 1
Intel Core 2 Duo E4600 @ 2,4Ghz
Radeon 2600 HD XT
2 GB RAM

EDIT:
connection: 15MBit wired connection, local provider - ping is normally below 50ms

Video - no way, i even cannot switch to a browser on my computer while playing :)

normal took me 5 or 6 tries running scepter to get into the room
in cruel now on attempt : 12 , anoying as #@$%

For a normal loading screen, the spikes reach 250-500ms only.

Also, i am at 2 crashes ("PoE stopped working.") at the beginning of the fight (out of 5 successful loadings of the top)

I always crash with "An unexpected disconnection occurred." when I try to enter "Stairs" to Dominus.

I've tried EU & American servers, no go.
