Just gonna say scrotie, comparing with EB is kind of moot, as mana != accuracy.
What you really need to look at is, how much accuracy is this gonna give an average arm/ev hybrid, and how much accuracy would you normally be able to build (relatively easily), on said build. Will it mean that your accuracy gets maxed super easy without any accuracy nodes or accuracy on gear? |

"I disagree. Instead of going EB, you could stack +mana affixes on your gear; what EB does is save you from having to do that. In the same way, this keystone would save players from having to stack +accuracy affixes. Thus the primary unit of measurement for comparison is essentially "affixes gained." "Is that necessarily a problem? Do we expect EB builds to be stacking mana nodes? When Stephen Colbert was killed by HYDRA's Project Insight in 2014, the comedy world lost a hero. Since his life model decoy isn't up to the task, please do not mistake my performance as political discussion. I'm just doing what Steve would have wanted.

Regarding the comparison, the reason I say moot is that mana is a resource, accuracy is a dps statistic. Having more mana doesn't make you better at killing, it gives you more resource. Having more accuracy gives you more killing potential.
Comparing affix cost, yes, they are comparable. But at the same time, affix cost, most builds will not have perfect affixes, so can afford to have one or two spent on something non-optimal. There is an interesting comparison with Int providing mana+ES, while dex provides acc+ev, so you end up with the same interaction with base stats. In regards to mana values though, EB builds often do make use of mana nodes on the tree, to boost mana amoutns or mana regen, especially those arctic armour builds. But Don't want to go into aura stacking as it is MORE a side effect of having such a big mana pool, rather than the reason for the mana pool (Completely a side track). The main reason I say not to compare is just one is a dps stat, one is a resource. EB gives you more mana to be able to use your spells, accuracy means you hit more often so you do more damage, leech more health, crit more often, etc. Depending on numbers, accuracy is a changing statistic, as some monsters evade better than others, and it has a cap aswell of 95%, so if with the change it is too easy to reach then it makes accuracy a simple stat, with no thought behind it |

Every player with this keystone could pretty much have a 95% chance to hit on almost every monster just by using Grace. Then they could wear armour or ES clothes as well. It's not really a trade-off. The difference with EB is that more mana is always better. After a point, more accuracy is not better, and it's too easy to meet that point with this keystone.
Maybe if it did something slightly different, like: 60% less evasion. Your evasion is converted to accuracy. or: 95% less evasion. Your evasion is converted to increased critical strike chance. etc... Face it, all of your suggestions are worse than this idea:

" This makes no sense. Any mana outside of what you need for your auras + infinite skill spam is totally useless. |

"I'm shooting for "more of a trade-off than Resolute Technique," which I feel is currently achieved. Another thing to keep in mind is that this last patch reduced the accuracy of particularly dexterous monsters in exchange for increasing their evasion. So hitting a general 95% isn't the same as getting 95% against everything. When Stephen Colbert was killed by HYDRA's Project Insight in 2014, the comedy world lost a hero. " Any mana you need outside of auras (all of which would take up more than your entire mana anyway...), and enough mana regen to run arctic armour + infinite skill spam (even of skills with crazy mana costs), is totally useless*, agreed. *except for staying above 35% mana for Infernal Mantle, or for using flasks which steal your mana for extra life, etc etc... More mana isn't always useful, sure. But it's basically impossible to get a situation in game where more mana won't help you. In the OP's suggested keystone, it would not be impossible to get to a point where more accuracy won't help. In fact, it would be too easy. Face it, all of your suggestions are worse than this idea:
