Damage reflection has been reworked. All forms of damage mitigation should now work against it. what are the forms of damage mitigation besides elemental resists + spell block for ele reflect and armour for physical reflect? Seems that there are not enough settings ingame for twitch, was streaming at 720p at 30fps with around 2200kbps and the stream quality was not right, have no problems with OBS or Xsplit.
