how to find rogue exiles

Tinevin is a Templar that uses Spark and Lightning Warp. Not very dangerous imo, but hard to pin down because he constantly warps all over the place.

I used to run Merc twilight strands
did about 1000 runs got 83 rogue 12 unique from rogues

so i stopped it was not worth it

I ran into Igna at the Merciless docks as well with a full party. She certainly pounded us hard. She's not strong per se, but her damage is insane. I'm 70+ with maxed resists and she almost one shot my duelist. She did one shot the ranger classes easy.

Well, I had a good day I guess. First time I ran into a rogue exile, I ran into a second one like 20 minutes later.

Got a really sick belt off one of em (Maginords belt or something like that.)

I ran into Antalie Napora last night in merciless Fetid Pool and she owned my ass about 50 times when I finally killed her she killed me at the same time and I did not get the Challenge :(

Then straight after, I went back into a new instance into the mud flats and ran into Orra Greengate, which I had killed twice in Cruel, and I ended up giving up on her in disgust because she was one shotting both totems and all my minions at the same time, then me in a couple of shots, I could not do anything to kill her, where in comparison I ran into one of the others just before " cant remember which " and he was quite doable with out dying, I think Antalie Napora and Orra Greengate are way to OP for start of Merciless, the power they have with Rain of Arrows and Lightning Arrow at that stage should be in act 3 Merciless not act 1.
At that stage you are still looking for good equipment.

I want a hard fight but not a total B@#$hit fight with one shotters. If I had a different character like a ranger or something I might have been able to kill her eventually , but the character I am playing at the moment has no hope.

Up until Merciless I was enjoying the Exiles, after these two fights I don,t want to see them again.

2 hardest exiles ive fought so far is ion on merci (his viper strike is freaking brutal) and some marader that had a 2h weapon, and an ungodly amount of regen + warlord's mark. Had to get a sporker in to help me and 2 others kill him.

Got igna, still missing tin'.

Was told by a dev that he has a spawn restriction, same as igna.

You wont find him in area's 59 or under. 60+ only.

My game always lags just for a split second when a rogue exile is near for the first time. It does the same for rare mobs, but not as much. So I usually am prepared for the fight when the exile attacks or I get to spot it first. The small lag spike gives them away x).
Do you ppl get the same?
It did the same thing in WoW when a player got so near that you could see them.
