how to find rogue exiles

Whenever I encounter an Exile I create a party with the exiles name, ask in Chat if anyone needs the exile, and invite.
Crafting doesn't exist in POE. Gambling does...and the house always wins.

I've been wandering around the last couple days randomly farming areas looking for Igna Phoenix Ash lessard and Orra Greengate. Ran into Igna early levels while she was unkillable by the parties I was in, last time I saw her was on the way to vaal in merc and I haven't seen her since (now lvl 80). Its fairly easy to find some of them, just keep spawning linear instances (ledge/twilight strand/city of sarn) but they obviously don't all spawn in all locations or frequency is much rarer in those areas (or whatever). I want that sweet #2 next to my name! =D

Igna and Tinevin spawn only in merci a3, no ? Each time someone sell them or find them it's in a3... I thought it was random.

I wanted to know if farming ledge merciless, can you encounter all the exile or some are too high lvl to spawn here .

I encountered Igna at the Docks, Merciless. Six players were engaged and she thought dying was a weird idea! Great Challenge (or spanking, choose yours ;) )
