I remember a few months ago, advertizing trades through that website on this forum was forbidden but the post in question wasn't updated.

They've been fairly clear on their stance of using any 3rd-party mediums for any kind of trade. I don't see why they would ever allow jsp trades to be posted here as it's something they don't have any moderation over, which creates a risk of scamming, and it offers a pay-to-win system in which players can buy currency and items through means not provided in the game.
I think it may be reworded or revised, but I'm positive they will never allow posting such trades here. Allowing it here means they support its use, and there is no reason why they would support it. Closed Beta/Alpha Tester back after a 10-year hiatus.

" Good to hear. jsp really helped ruin legitimate trading in D2, and I'd hate to see what they've done to D3 (though I imagine the RMAH has put a dent in their black market trading). I love the barter system we have going, I hope we never allow third party trading like jsp. |

" Wicked Kenshiro pic! ^_^ Never even heard of jsp when I was playing on Bnet from 97 till about, oh, 2007 or so, with significant breaks. It just wasn't discussed in my chosen circles I guess. The first time I heard about real money being used to buy Diablo 2 gear I think I actually laughed at the screen. If I like a game, it'll either be amazing later or awful forever. There's no in-between.
