I came here from Diablo 3!!! [Please post here if you did as well!]

I should have got a refund as well .. but was hoping it would get better. We know how thats going..

Well here I am, a D3 refugee

I never even heard of this game before two days ago when I was reading the D3 forums. Someone posted a not so nice D3 post and said they were going to go play Path of Exile, one google search later and I was intrigued. I looked at the character building options the same day and insta-bought a support pack and have been loving this game. I feel it is so much better than D3, now just to convert my friends!

D3 refugee! Well, I'm still playing D3 because I'm a casual gamer and am only in Nightmare. But it's pretty easy to see that the game is going to get boring sooner rather than later.

I have high hopes for PoE.

Played through d3 once with two different classes, that wall all I needed. "the game doesn't start until level 40" is what Blizzard says, which is fucking absurd.

I really really hope POE is what I'm looking for.

I also came here from Diablo 3. Except, I'm still playing it, and plan to do so for a while.

Only problem I really have with POE is the obsession with Diablo 3 in the chat. I mean I get why people talk about it, it's just a little much for me.

D3 refugee here also. Someone was talking about PoE on the D3 forum, and here I am. :)

Bronze supporter now, and brought my 2 kids and 11 of my friends with me here from D3.

We were all playing D2 together back in the days for over 1000 hours probably. :) We were all pumped-up about D3.

And we were soooooo disappointed with D3. We all paid 60$ for that POS. Can't beleive it. We all uninstalled D3 2-3 weeks ago, the 14 of us, and are now having FUN playing PoE. D3 was NOT fun.

It was a stupid grind-gear-check in Inferno to make you use the RMHA. 1-shot kill by Elite that could 1-shot kill Diablo himself, the Lord of Hell ''we are Leeeegion!'' LOL. Every mortar-faster-invul minion-arcane-blah-blash-blah could kill Diablo with a sneeze. Stupid.

D3 is officially my biggest disappointment in 28 years of gaming (started playing back in 1984!!!!).

I love PoE. I really hope it will be a success. It's a great game with great ideas. And it's FUN to play.

Diablo III was a huge let down, POE is the true sequel to diablo II... all my friends are on beta already, im taking care of family and broke as hell, if anyone has a spare key i could have, I would love you forever no joke, my friends are waiting for me on beta...help... I played diablo II for 12 years and cant wait to try this game.

Hello my fellow Exiles! Sort of here from D3 as well; I still haven't given up on the game yet. (Main reason being my flatmates and my brother still play it, so I feel bad if I just straight up ditch them).
I do agree with a lot of the sentiment that D3 is not anywhere the game it should have been and after perusing the videos and screenshots of this site, I gotta say I am very excited for Path of Exile to step in and fill the void!
Also the Skill Tree\Landscape\Web had me hooked after 30 seconds of flicking around on it yesterday at work, can't wait to test that out in-game.
