From what you say you have only about 2-3 rage/s. Which is honestly too little for it to be worth using.

Majority of the regen comes from having the Arcane Cloak enchantment on the helmet, which turns 15% of the mana consumed into health regen per second. Without it you simply won't regen enough.

Get a Stygian Vise belt and a nice abyss jewel.
Rest seems like you are on the right track. :)

You really should get some more accuracy. 95% hit chance is to low. I mean just look at your PoB. Speccing 3 points into Precision is like 4.9% damage per point. Insane value.

You opted to go for Font of Thunder and Berserker gloves with the helmet enchant.
That is sth I tend to do later when my gear is like really good.

I have 8 totems (+1 shield, +1 glove annoint). That is the biggest difference. On top I have a lot of elemental damage with attacks and weapon elemental damage on rings, jewels and the belt.

I have some error still in my gearing. I desperately need 5 dex to level some gems like Blood Rage to 20. But atm I am quite happy. Build plays phantastic.

Can you help with mechanic of attacks.
If we have wand with 14% chance to inflict Lightning Exposure on Hit. Isn't it good? We don't have exposure in build.
