Chrome Extension to detect recipes in your inventory

This is like the most helpful thing ever. How did I not know this existed?

The detection for what item give a full orb of augmentation is still bugged :/

"Matched Missing". Is this an obvious error that's easy to resolve?

Ok, my modifications are in a releasable state.

It can be found here (poe_ext_plus.crx).

Script works as before, but now has a few new features:

Fails also :(

It's because I'm currently hosting the file from dropbox.

If you download the crx and save it locally, then drag&drop it into Chrome it'll install & work fine. (after you've clicked through the usual security dialogues)

Thanks, that's very interesting.

I can see why it might be misidentifying the Golem Salvation. (1 of it's 6 mods is an implicit mod)

However, by my current understanding of the 'Orb of Augmentation' recipe the Field Scathe should work. (it has 7 mods plus the implicit mod).

I wonder if there is a restriction in the game that prevents the 'Orb of Augmentation' recipe from accepting any item that has an implicit mod, regardless of how many explicit mods it has?

Tested, and nope...... that's not the reason.
Plenty of my 6+ modifier rares have implicit modifiers too, and they all behave as expected.

Until someone can find a convincing reason why your "Field Scathe Goat's Horn" doesn't conform to the known rules for the 'Orb of Augmentation', there's very little I can do.

A 2nd example of a rare with 6+ mods not conforming to the recipe might help clarify the problem.

I'll post a screenshot when I get to a comp I can upload from.

But the process I've used is:
1) Install app via the given file
2) Open new tab -> apps -> poe
3) Select character *application thinks*
4) The result displayed is:




<Character name> (Refresh)
Matched Missing
(Copy your rares to clipboard)(Compare your rares to Clipboard)
Your Rare Items
