Kiwis

Increased stash size is indeed p2w, but no argument seemed to make a difference back when the devs were deciding to allow it or not. "It's a convenience", "It doesn't give you any obvious advantages", "You can already mule with separate accounts" were the listed justifications.

Being able to hoard rares for alchs/regals recipe is incredibly game breaking, but whatever.

They'll see this glimmering kiwi run around a corner, covered in blood.

Enemy turn tail in fear =D

I think this seriously should be added. You pick a trait for your kiwi, evil, good, or dumb and depending which you pick the little emotes he does will be different. Alot of kiwis will be different from each other.
I think a Kiwi stash would be very inconvenient. The Horadric Cube in D2 could extend your inventory size but having to shuttle items from the cube to the inventory to the sell window was more of a hassle than it was worth. It's a moot point in any case because GGG has absolutely no intention of giving the kiwis their own inventory.

When Chris said the kiwis would be made more awesome he meant that they would get better AI and animations.

Kiwis will not be available for purchase following the end of the support period (Closed Beta).

Well, 28 stash tabs... I hope you can find the right combination of items with that many tabs! You can get another 28 stash tabs for each new account you make, but then it is a bit less convenient.

All in all the extra stash size should not mean any gameplay advantage which is what is potentially problematic.

I am not sure why you think it is a gameplay advantage. I have not heard that argument before.
I appear to be living in "Romance Standard Time". That has to be good! :)

There are two recipes: sell 2 rares of the name for alchemy orbs, sell 3 rares of the same name for regals.
Normally it's very hard to accomplish this recipe as you'll have to spend a lot of time trading and only picking up the smallest items (daggers, wands, 2x2, etc) to hope you get the names right. Then you also have to track these items out of game somehow.
With 28 stash tabs, you can dedicate a tab to every rare that starts with "Golem", etc.
Instead of selling the rares to vendor for alterations, you can fairly quickly amass alchs and regals instead, which is a huge advantage.

It's possible to do this with muling and trading, but it's MUCH slower than having it all in one stash.

Yes how dare they put something in the shop that is a minor game changer. They should only put in items noone will pay real money for, or at least only a select few will. Some things that offer you something worthwhile gameplay wise will be required as to allow them to make money.

More gore is one option I have heard but what, 2%, maybe will buy it. Let's say it's 10%, for what 30 coins?50 coins, maybe they can make a few hundred or even a couple thousand off items like that, but like it or not there has to be some sort of in game bonus for people to spend any amount of money on products from the store.

It's the promise of keeping it to non gamebreaking that keeps me hopeful it won't be pat-2-win. Not the possibility that they drive themselves out of business appealing to the purists who think that any in game bonus no matter how small, is pay-2-win.
Yeah, this is exactly what I'm talking about. Arguments belittling the purists instead of acknowledging that it is an advantage that you can only get by paying. Many of the purists are the people that are choosing PoE (and choosing to support it) because of their promise to stay away from pay2win.

I'm sure you'd be against selling alch and regal orbs directly (assume it was 1 available for purchase per X hours played), but it's somehow okay to sell something that amounts to the same.

More gore is awesome and is a definite buy, as is weapon and armor dyes/skins, and I'm sure they can come up with other things too to make money without testing the definition of "in-game advantage".

EDIT: And note that I'd be perfectly okay with selling stash tabs if the alch/regal recipes go away. It's the only thing that stands out to me as abusive.

How dare ggg charge for more server space. Absurd. Maybe they should follow the korean style cash shops for a few weeks to show ignorant people a lesson because koreans do just fine charging for actual power.
Hmm you got me thinkin'

Kiwi's are not a fully available pet thought and only available through support packs currently not sure if they'll be added in cash shops.
